Simple Six Pack Abs-Tips With Easy Workout

You are always busy. You don’t have enough time to go to the gym. You don’t even have time to stand up away from your computer. But you have a dream. A model’s body. A six pack abdominal glory. Want to get that dream?

There are some easy abdominal exercises that you can do even at home. Here are some exercises that can easily be done:

• Crunches

Almost all people know how to do this. This exercise targets the upper abdomen. It’s one of the basic but effective exercises. To perform crunches, you need to lie on a flat surface with your hands in your chest or behind you head. Contract your abs, then hold for 2 seconds, then return to your lying position. Proper crunches are in a continuous and controlled fashion. Concentrate on your abdominal muscles to pull your upper body up. Avoid using the neck or shoulders to push yourself up. This incorrect practice will cause stress and strains.

• Side Crunches

They are basically the same as regular crunches, except that the main focus is on the oblique muscles which are also called love handles. It also uses the same technique, only that you are crunching to either side of our abs. This would burn the sides of your abs.

• Lying Leg Lifts

This exercise targets the lower abs. with this kind of exercise, you are on the same position as with the crunches, you lie flat on your back and lift your legs six to twelve inches of the ground. This would exercise the muscles in the lower part of the abdomen. When performing leg lifts, place your hand under your buttock. It adds leverage and helps you get your feet elevated.

If you want to add more weight into the exercise, attach padded weights into your ankles. These weights can be purchased at the local sports store. If you do not want to buy weights, you can simply fill up old tube socks with enough clean, unused cat litter to make one or two pound weight.

• V- Crunches

It’s almost like lying leg lifts except your chest is at a 45 degree angle starting out.

Anyway, I’m taking a girl out on a date, very soon after her birthday. It’ll probably be the last date before I go away for 2 years. I consider her the girl of my dreams but we are not bf/gf because we both decided that was best for now. I was hoping some girls could give me ideas for the perfect date that will help her remember me until I get back. Here’s what I was thinking so far, but I’d really like new ideas too:

First, take my boat out and go tubing, then go to the fair which is actually a really huge event where I live and lots of fun, then dinner at somewhere fancy, and finally go ice skating. At the end, when I take her home, I’ll give her her birthday gift. I

Typically, there are several stages of dementia and in the early stages, home care may be appropriate. Early stages of dementia may include forgetful behaviour and minor mood swings. For the most part, people experiencing early dementia may just need a helping hand with their day-today activities. As the condition progresses, however, the level of care required increases significantly and may make home care both inappropriate and unaffordable. Before it reaches this point, loved ones should research and consider a dementia care home. These care homes provide 24-hour, trained staff to assist with a dementia sufferer’s needs. Whether that means providing companionship and activities or assisting with basic care such as feeding and hygiene, staff at these facilities are familiar with and well skilled in dealing with dementia. Nursing and medical staff are onsite to oversee the patient’s care and respond to medical emergencies. Dementia specialists make sure that the patients are receiving the appropriate level of care and that everything that can be done to ensure quality of life is being done for these patients. Question by skull_kitty_faerie: Where should I aim my career/ education sight?
I’m 25 and unemployed.

I just quit a job as a pastry chef (went to school for/ graduated).
*some may find that crazy in any economy…but my hair was falling out.
I left b/c I just found that I didn’t like what I was doing. I’ve only had two jobs in pastry (total of 2.5 yrs exp) but I think it is not for me.

Any other work experience has been limited to summer jobs (testing the waters and have some income) but nothing that was ‘possible career material’.

I have an associate in applied science and many hours from community colleges. I’d like to go back to school, but I don’t want to do something that I think I have a career or a job in that I end up not progressing or enjoying.
I have many interests, varied talents and skills, but I have yet to discover my desire.

I’d first like to see if anyone out there is as clueless as I am and how you feel.

Second, anyone out there who was in a situation like this and has discovered themselves? Any advice for the ‘weary traveler’?

Any helpful comments are greatly appreciated.
ANY advice is appreciated.
*side note*…there are aspects of pastry that I like, but again, not enough to pursue as a career. I liked my co-workers at each job the best. That is what kept me there. Other than that, I was bored….BORED.
